Set the car moves forward
Because the car have three wheels ,so the car moves forward ,the wheels will have different state.
This will lie within the range specified at
Omni3WD::setCarstat
() and
Omni3WD::wheelBackSetSpeedMMPS
() and
Omni3WD::wheelRightSetSpeedMMPS
() and
Omni3WD::wheelLeftSetSpeedMMPS

Parameters:

The speed for the car moves,initialize it.
