Relax! Nextel Customer Care is here to help. There are lots of features packed
into your Nextel Worldwide Service...and into your i2000plus phone. But don’t
worry. If, after reading this guide, you still have questions about coverage,
billing, Nextel Direct Connect or any other service or feature, call us.

Before you call Nextel Customer Care for service or to resolve an issue, be sure
to have your Nextel Personal Telephone Number, your model number, and your
ICC ID number ready. The ICC ID can be found on the SIM card, and the model
number is located on your Nextel phone behind the battery. You’ll want to
record these numbers, and keep them handy, so that you can replace the battery
prior to making your call.
