Adding Contacts to Categories
To assign a contact to a category, follow these instructions:
Editing Categories
To edit a Category name or description, follow these instructions:
Deleting Categories
To delete a Category (but not the contacts), follow the instructions below.

From the Address Book home page, click on the contact name to open
the record.

Click the Category drop-down box to display the available Categories.
3 Select the category to which you wish to assign the contact.

Click save to save the entry.
1 From the Address Book home page, click Categories in the navigation
bar. A list of all your Categories is displayed.

Click the Edit icon next to the Category you wish to modify.
3 Edit the appropriate text boxes.

Click save to save the update.
1 From the Address Book home page, click Categories in the navigation
bar. A list of all your Categories is displayed.

Click the Delete icon next to the Category you wish to delete.
3 A confirmation box asks if you want to delete the Category. Click Ok to
delete.
The contacts assigned to that category remain in your Address Book;
however, they are now no longer associated with a Category.
