NOTE!
Nitrogen leakage for the period of 1 second is allowed. If the valve doesn’t close,
twist it fully out of the housing, disassemble it and clean it so
that
it is free from
dust and debris.
NOTE!
If the gas chamber is full in accordance with
steps
1–7, disconnect the charge
valve and the charging valve. If pressure adjustment is required, follow
steps
8–
15.

Close relief valve
.
9.
Unscrew the charge valve cap and connect the gas cylinder with the charge valve with the
high-pressure hose
.
10.
Push the needle of the charge valve, open the nitrogen gas T-handle and charge the gas
chamber to the specified charging pressure (mentioned in the chart below)
.
11.
Close the nitrogen gas T-handle when the required pressure is achieved, release the needle
.
12.
If the pressure in the chamber is too high, adjust it by holding the
relief valve needle
.
13.
Repeat
step
6 to check the pressure
.
14.
Repeat
step
7 and disconnect the charging system from the breaker
.
15.
Close the charging valve
.

6.7. Adjustment of relief valve
The breaker’s pressure relief valve adjustment should be lower than the equipment’s pressure
relief valve adjustment and should correspond to the chart below.
If the breaker’s pressure relief valve adjustment is higher than the recommended figures
mentioned in the chart above it will reduce the life of the main pump, gaskets and working
tool. If the pressure relief valve settings are lower than recommended, the breaker will not
start
