Chapter 10. Data Management

8001009 Cellometer® Auto T4 User Manual Rev C

LOADING DATA AND IMAGES

Loading Data Files

Open the File Menu and select the Open Data File option.

Navigate to a folder on the Operating Computer or network where data files are stored and select data file to
be loaded.

Data file selected should contain data previously saved from the instrument in a .csv format.

Click

Open

to load the data and return to the Home screen.

Click

View Saved Data

Loading Image Files

Open the File Menu and select the

Load Image for Display

option (to load image for viewing) or

Load Image

and Count

option (to load image and perform a count).

Select the image file to load and click

Open

to return to the Home screen.

Note:

If the

Intelligent File Load

check box in the

Counting Options

screen (available on the Options Menu) is

selected, you will only need to select a file that ends in “-A” as the remaining image will load automatically.
Otherwise, the File Explorer window will open again for you to select the associated “-B” image.
In addition, if the

Load Image for Display

option was selected, only saved images will be displayed for viewing.

When software is in

Data Analysis Mode

, the

Count

button will

not

be enabled. Click the

Recount

icon to

re-analyze the captured image.
