6 Maximum – Indicates maximum cell diameter to be counted.
7 Roundness
– Indicates minimum roundness factor to be counted.
8 Contrast Enhancement – Defines contrast enhancement for cells in relation to the background.
9 Default Dilution Factor – Indicates if a default dilution factor should be used and enables entry of
a specific value.
10 Test Viability Default – Option indicating whether Test Viability is to be used as a default.
11 Sensitivity – Sensitivity value for staining of cells to be included in count.
12 Uniformity – Uniformity value for staining of cells to be included in count.
13 Very Dim Dead Cells – Indicates whether to include cells that do not pick up the dye well.
14 Decluster Edge Factor
– Decluster setting identifying how well cell edges are defined.
15 Decluster Th Factor – Decluster intensity setting to be used comparing cell signals to background.
16 Do Not Decluster Clumps
– Indicates whether decluster enhancement settings are to be used.
17 Use Template for Printing – Indicates whether to use a print template.
18 Set Default
– Allows users to select a default print template.
19 Browse – Allows users to browse for an existing print template.
20 Edit – Allows users to edit an existing print template.
21 New – Allows users to create a new print template.
22 Use Template for Data.txt – Indicates whether to set a data template.
23 Set Default – Allows users to select a default data template.
24 Browse – Allows users to browse for an existing data template.

27 Save button – Saves changes to parameter settings.
28 Print button – Prints cell type parameters.
29 Cancel button – Closes window without saving changes to parameter settings.
Note: Cell types imported from the Nexcelom Cell Library cannot be modified. However, Nexcelom cell types can
be saved as a new cell type (i.e., by selecting the Save as a New Cell Type check box), renamed and then modified
to meet your requirements.
