3. SHARPENING KNIVES

1 Install the knife and scissor

sharpener module.

3 Lower the handle end of the knife into

the sharpening slot.

5 Insert the second side of the blade into

the opposite sharpening slot and

repeat step 3.

2 Switch the sharpener on by pressing the

on/off switch

into the on position “I”.

4 Once the blade touches the

sharpening wheel, draw the blade

lightly across the grinding wheel until

completely removed.

6 Repeat sharpening each side until a

clean, sharp edge is achieved.
