5. DRILL BIT SHARPENER
1 Install the drill bit sharpener module.
3 Place the clamp assembly with the drill
bit into th
e “V” guide by locating the
grooves on the side.
5 Tighten the clamp assembly to secure
the drill bit in position and then remove
the clamp assembly.
7 Switch the sharpener on and move the
upper section of the module from side to
side with light pressure.
2 Remove the clamp assembly and insert
a drill bit. Tighten the clamp assembly
lightly so that the drill bit can still move.
4 Rotate the drill bit while
pushing the “V”
guide onto the drill bit until all 4 drill tips
touch the “V” guide.
6 Insert the clamp assembly and drill bit
into the module central locating slot.
8 Remove the clamp assembly, rotate the
drill bit 180° and repeat steps 4-7
for the opposite side.
