Manual lighting

To light one of the burners, move a lit match towards
the burner, press the corresponding knob and turn it
anticlockwise to the maximum setting

. Hold the

knob down for a few seconds so that the safety
valve remains open.

At the end of the cooking, return the knob to posi-
tion .
