Checking the APU Controller Revision
• The APU Controller has a REV label on the top of the device as shown in
figure 47, item 1.
• The last 3 digits of the APU icon name “APU 04.03B” correspond to the REV
label on APU Controller.
• Only update the device if the icon name indicates a newer REV than the
controller REV label. In the above example the controller must be updated
from 03A to 03B.

Checking the DCP3 Revision
• Simultaneously push the “MENU” and “ESC/RESET” buttons to access the
firmware REV screen as shown in figure 48, item 1.
• The last 3 digits of the ComfortPro DCP3 icon name “ComfortPro DCP3 07.01C”
correspond to the REV indicated on DCP3 Controller Display “35-019-02C”.
• Only update the device if the icon name indicates a newer REV than the
controller REV. For example if the Controller displays “01B” and the icon
displays 01C then update the firmware.
• It is also necessary to record the number of controller hours displayed on
the upper left corner, as shown in figure 49, item 1. After programming the
hours will be set to zero and need to be re-entered manually.
