CLEARSKY DPF (PG 1050 & PG1060) INSTALLATION MANUAL
• Remove the fuel filter nuts (figure 32, item 1) and Wire P-clamp nuts (item 2),
remove P-clamps from studs
• Install the DPF controller on the P-clamp studs and fuel filter bolts
• Replace the fuel filter nuts and tighten to 25–30 ft-lb
• Rearrange fuel and electric lines as shown in figure 34: Teck cable above
top stud, battery lines above lower stud, fuel lines below lower stud.
Tighten the P-clamp nuts 45–50 in-lb
• Connect the Temperature sensor. Connect the power connector to the DPF
heater. Route both cables between Teck and battery lines and tie as shown
in figure 34, item 3.
• Tie wrap main harness to controller clip as shown in figure 33, item 4.
