Delete ALL the Central Telephone Book information:
1. Press PROG Soft Key + Soft Key twice.
2. Press the TELBK Soft Key.
3. Press Soft Key 2 (Search).
Pressing the
CONF
key from this screen on will back up the view to the previous screen.
4. You may need to press Soft Key 1 or 2 to select the Telephone Book to search.
5. Enter the 4-digit password assigned in UX5000 programming or through the SETTING Soft Key.
6. Press Soft Key

(Yes) to delete all the entered data, or press Soft Key

(No) to back up.
Press the CONF key to back up the view to the previous screen.
Delete ONE entry in the Central Telephone Book:
1. Press PROG Soft Key + Soft Key twice.
2. Press the TELBK Soft Key.
3. Press Soft Key 2 (Search).
Pressing the CONF key from this screen on will back up the view to the previous screen.
4. You may need to press Soft Key 1 or 2 to select the Telephone Book to search.
5. Press Soft Key 2 (Menu).
6. Press the appropriate Soft Key to search by Name, Group, Number, or Memory Number.
Refer to the “Search” operations above for details on the specific steps for the option you select.
7. Locate the entry to be changed + HOLD to display the details of the entry.
8. Press Soft Key 2 (Delete).
9. Press Soft Key 3 (Yes) to delete the record or press Soft Key 4 (No) to cancel the deletion process.
Pressing YES displays a confirmation message.
10. Press CONF as needed to exit out of the displays or press CLEAR to return the terminal to an idle state.
