Search the Central Telephone Book by group name:
1. Press PROG Soft Key + Soft Key twice.
2. Press the TELBK Soft Key.
3. Press Soft Key 2 (Search).
Pressing the
CONF
key from this screen on will back up the view to the previous screen.
4. You may need to press Soft Key 1 or 2 to select the Telephone Book to search.
By default, the user will search by name (indicated by the [A] in the upper right-hand corner of
the display.
Soft Key 1 will step through the different search options (numbers, Kana, alpha).
To search by number, press the NUM Soft Key - the [A] changes to [1].
5. Press Soft Key 2 (Menu).
6. Press Soft Key 2 (Group).
7. Using the dial pad, select the group to search +
HOLD
.
8. Press
VOL DOWN
or
VOL UP
to search.
9. To dial the selected name, press CALL1 .
OR
To view the detail of the flashing item, press HOLD . You can then press CALL1 to dial the number.
Pressing the item number on the dial pad selects an item.
Pressing the
CONF
key will back up the view to the previous screen.
Search the Central Telephone Book by telephone number:
1. Press PROG Soft Key + Soft Key twice.
2. Press the TELBK Soft Key.
3. Press Soft Key 2 (Search).
