THE OPERATOR PANEL
INFO MENU
Use this menu to print a variety of listings relating to
available printer resources, printer settings, and print jobs.
NETWORK MENU
This menu is only available when the Network Interface
Card is installed in your printer. The individual menu items
are explained in the SuperScript 1800 Network Guide.
PCL MENU
Use the PCL MENU to change printer settings that only affect
jobs printed using the PCL emulation printer language.

PRINT
MENU MAP This menu item is used to print
the layout and current settings for
the Operator Panel menu items.
Pressing the Select button when
this menu item is displayed
causes the internal PCL program
describing the menu map page to
be printed.
PRINT
CONFIG This menu item is used to print
the printer’s current
configuration. Pressing the Select
button when this menu item is
displayed causes the internal PCL
program describing the printer
configuration page to be printed.

This menu item selects the
default PCL font by number.
SYMBOL ROMAN-8 This menu item selects the
default 8-bit code page. There is
no selection possibility for
bitmap fonts or fonts with a
fixed symbol set.
LINES 5 ~ 128

This menu item controls the
maximum number of text lines
that can be printed on a PCL
page before that page is
automatically printed. The
number of lines can range from
5 to 128 lines per page.
