Copy the firmware file

itlisipr.tgz

to the default FTP/TFTP directory.

To enter Programming Mode, press the

Hold, Transfer, *, #

button on

the IP Phone.

To enter Maintenance Mode, press

3: Maintenance Settings

To access the Download menu, press

Enter the FTP/TFTP server IP address in Option 2 - Download Address.

To enter the protocol, press

(Protocol FTP or TFTP).

To select download by file, press option

(Download File).

To boot the program, press

(Boot & Program).

10. Press the softkey.

The IP Phone downloads the firmware from the FTP/TFTP server and reboots
when the download is complete.

12.2 Checking the Firmware Version

To check the IP Phone firmware version:

Press and hold the

HELP

button on the IP Phone.

Press

(System Information).

Press

(Keyset Information).

Press the

Next

softkey two times.

12.3 Upgrading Automatically

This procedure causes all IP Phones to attempt firmware upgrade the next
time they connect to the CPU. This can make the upgrade procedure easier,
as it is not necessary to visit every telephone to perform the upgrade.
