P4000 series
(i) Connect the adaptor to the power cable and plug.
(ii) Now, connect its plug to an AC power outlet.
P6000 series
(i) Connect the adaptor to the power cable and plug.
(ii) Now, connect its plug to an AC power outlet.
CAUTION
Do not cover or place objects on the AC adaptor. Keeping the adaptor clear of
objects will allow the adaptor to cool properly during use. Only use the AC adaptor
that comes with your computer. Although other adaptors look similar, using them
can damage your computer.
WARNING
Do not attempt to disassemble the AC adaptor. The AC adaptor has no user-
replaceable or serviceable parts inside. Dangerous voltage in the AC adaptor can
cause serious personal injury or death.
