Introducing the NEC MobilePro 2-9

Note:

The NEC MobilePro will not power on

when the battery lock is in the unlocked position.

Lithium-Ion battery pack — provides the system’s main
battery power.

Battery Release Latch — allows you to release and re-
move the battery (when the lock is in the unlocked po-
sition).

OPENING THE DISPLAY PANEL

Open the display panel as follows.

Slide the display panel latch to the right.

Lift the display panel up and towards the back of the
unit.

CAUTION

When the NEC MobilePro is not in use or when you
are carrying it, keep the display panel closed. This
helps prevent accidental damage to the touch
screen or keyboard.

Dropping the MobilePro may cause display panel
damage.
