If a failure occurs on hard disk drive, recover the duplex configuration according to

Chapter 2 (1. Disk

Operations)

Note

If Hard Disk Drive cannot be recognized, you cannot recover the system.

•

This must be operated as a root user.

If fsck starts at bootup and halts on the way, try to run fsck to each md device.
