Replacing a Greeting from a WAV file

The .wav files used in this system must be recorded in Dialogic ADPCM 6KHz, 16 bit, Mono format. If they are not, an
error message will be received when uploading the file.

1.

Sign into Mailbox Manager.

2.

Navigate to the page containing the greeting you wish to change.

3.

Click on the Edit icon of the greeting you wish to change.

4.

You will get a security warning, click on Yes to accept.
