Click on the down arrow and choose Paste from file. You can either overwrite the existing recording completely
or append the .wav file to the end of the existing recording.

A browse window will appear, and you can navigate to the location on the PC where the file is located. After
uploading the file, you can listen to it before saving it by clicking the play icon.
