Next go to options and enter the extension number of the telephone to be used

.

To start recording, click on the record icon

. The system will call the telephone set in options and will wait

until it hears a voice before starting to record. If you answer with a normal “hello” it will beep and start recording.

8.

When you have finished recording click the stop button

.
