M

aintaining the Boiler

I

f hot water will not flow and you suspect that the boiler is 

frozen, follow these steps:

1.  Press the Power button on the front panel to turn off the 

boiler.

2.  Close the gas valve.

pen the hot water tap that is closest to the boiler.

4.  Use a hair dryer or a portable electric heater to heat up both 

the pri

m

ary and secondary heat exchangers.

5.  Check every few 

m

inutes to see if water is running at the 

open tap.

6.  When the water starts flowing again, check the boiler and 

piping for leaks.

f you detect any leaks or the boiler is not 

operating properly, contact an authorised technician or 
licensed professional.
