3.4.2.2 Output Configuration
Select Outputs from the Remote Panels
menu on one of the ECMPs. The
Configure Outputs menu (see Figure 3-7)
allows the user to configure any one of the
16 outputs.
While the ECMPs functions can be
expanded using its parallel connections
(see ECMP Technical Instruction Manual)
this manual only describes setting up the
preconfigured settings.
By setting the outputs to the appropriate
channel the user will be able to monitor
the state of the Vector transmitter. The
available Channels include Alarm, Control
Points, Monitor Points and State
indications.
Refer to the ECMP’s Technical Instruction
Manual to determine which outputs
correspond to the front panel LEDs.
Each Channel has a Value option and a
Sense option that is dependent on the
Channel selected.
The Value options include the available
state of a channel, for example; On or Off,
Enabled or Disabled, Side A or Side B.
Alarm channels do not have a Value
selection since they are either present or
not present.
