
20. Plug the USB cables from the PEP to the PXI controller.
21. Replace the filler panels on the front of the rack by attaching them with screws using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
(ECUTS-16000) Replacing the Multioutlet
Equipment

#2 Phillips screwdriver
1.
Power off the ECUTS-16000.
2.
Open the rear cabinet door.
3.
Disconnect all cables from the multioutlet.
4.
Remove the screws securing the multioutlet to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
5.
Remove the multioutlet from the ECUTS-16000.
6.
Place the replacement multioutlet into the ECUTS-16000.
7.
Screw in the screws securing the multioutlet to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
8.
Connect the cables to the multioutlet.
9.
Close the rear cabinet door.
Replacing the USB Hub
(ECUTS-16000) Replacing the USB Hub
Equipment

#1 Phillips screwdriver

Hex driver
1.
Power off the ECUTS-16000.
2.
Disconnect the cables from the monitor.
3.
Pull the cable gland and accompanying cables from the fan plate.
4.
Loosen the set screw on the monitor arm using the hex driver.
5.
Lift the monitor arm out of the monitor mount.
6.
Remove the six screws on the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
7.
Move aside the fan plate to expose the top of the test rack.
8.
Disconnect the fan assembly power supply cables from the WAGO nuts.
9.
Remove the #4-40 standoff screws from the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
10. Remove the fan plate from the test rack.
11. Disconnect USB cables from the USB hub.
12. Disconnect the power from the USB hub.
13. Remove the screws from the USB hub bracket using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
14. Remove the USB hub.
15. Install the replacement USB hub.
16. Screw in the screws to the USB hub bracket using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
17. Connect the power to the USB hub.
18. Connect the USB cables to the USB hub.
19. Place the fan plate on the top of the test rack.
20. Screw in the #4-40 standoff screws to the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
21. Connect the fan assembly power supply cables to the WAGO nuts.
22. Screw in the six screws to the top of the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
23. Place the monitor arm into the monitor mount.
24. Tighten the set screw on the monitor arm using the hex driver.
25. Attach the cable gland and accompanying cables to the fan panel.
26. Connect the cables to the monitor.
