HYDRAULIC OIL CHANGE OUT
1. Let Hydraulic fl uid cool before maintenance.
2. Disconnect machine from battery.
3. Drain
fl uid by removing the drain plug from side of tank (See Figure ZZ). Take
Caution: this unit contains twelve gallons of fl uid. Make sure you have the proper
amount of containers to catch fl uid.
4. Replace drain plug.
5. Remove
fi ller plug (See Figure ZZ).
6. Add oil into the fi ller plug hole until visual 2” below hole.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER CHANGE OUT
1. Disconnect machine from power.
2. Disconnect cylinder lines. Have a container ready to catch oil from lines.
3. Remove cylinder securing hexhead bolt from lower cutting head support.
4. Remove clips and pin from cylinder and slide plate.
5. Remove cylinder upper pin.
6. Remove
cylinder.
ENGINE OIL CHANGE OUT

To Check engine fl uid level, check dip stick on engine (see Figure AB). Engine holds 1
quart of oil. Improper fl uid level will cause engine damage.
ENGINE CHANGE OUT
1. Disconnect motor from power.
2. Lift hood and secure in place.
3. Remove cap from engine oil hose. Drain.
4. Remove engine oil
fi lter.
5. Replace cap & new fi lter. Re fi ll with new engine oil.
HOSE CHANGE OUT
To Remove or Change A Hose
1. Disconnect machine from power.
2. Remove
hood.
3. Using proper wrench size, remove hose from fi tting.
4. When replacing, make sure O-ring is properly seated on hose fi tting.
FOOT PEG
To Remove or Replace Foot Peg
1. Insert a socket wrench into foot peg and secure bolt head.
2. Remove nut and washer.
3. Remove bolt and foot peg.
4. Replace foot peg before operating machine. DO NOT use machine without foot
pegs.
