INSTRUCTIONS BOOK FOR PRESS BRAKE MP1400 CNC 63

1. DESCRIPTION

1.1. General description

The press brake laser device is a safety system with no physicla contact that allows us to be according to

the regulation EN-12622:2009 regarding Hydraulic Press Brakes

1.2. Range of use

The range of use of this laser devices is the Nargesa Press Brakes machines equipped with punches and

“V” dies.

1.3. Aims

The aim of this laser device is to protect the user of the machine against any risk of entrapping taht may be

caused during the use of the machine.

1.4. Regulation

The laser device for Press Brakes is according to the regulation IEC 61496, Tipo 4.

It’s self controlled and it does not requires any additional circuits.

The adjustment position is easy to graduate each time the punch is changed.

1.5. Components

The laser device for Press Brake has got the following elements.

2 Units of Laser Emitter– receptor. Located at the extremes of the Ram.

1 Safety Module Category 4. In the inside of the Electric Box.

1 Muting device. Located at the lateral of the Press Brake.

1 Whitening device (folding of boxes).

1 Light indicator of whitening activation.

1.6. Identification

Each set of Emitter-receptor brings up its own identification labels and indicator warnings of the laser ray.

The laser ray is classified as the category 2M with its respective safety labels stucked to the device. It is

quite difficult the ace could be seen directly due to its location.
