NP80/N60/N50/C40

User Guide Version 3.1

8. Add up to 20 Concentrations by clicking on the Add Concentration button. Added

concentrations can be deleted with
Enter the concentrations of the standard curve.

9. Select Replicates none, 2 or 3

10. Once Standard curve is created or loaded it will be used for concentration

calculations in the method. It might be necessary to do a blank
measurement.

11. Apply sample and press the sample button to initiate the measurement.

Note

: Once the sample measurement is initiated it is not possible to

make changes to the standard curve.

ALCULATIONS

Concentration is determined via the absorbance values provided by the standard curve based
on the curve fit selection including the following options: linear regression, zero regression and

order regression.
