Standard Pairing Process for iOS
To ensure a smooth pairing process, please make sure you have the following things ready.
Download & Open the Nanoleaf App
Pair Your Shapes

You can find the official Nanoleaf Smarter Series App in the App Store. Make sure you have the latest version.

Found on the Quick Start Guide,
PSU or Controller. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network
5G networks are not compatible
with Nanoleaf products. Controller
The Controller is ready when
the indicator light is solid white. Your Device
Requires iOS 10+
OPTION A: Pair with Manual Input
Select the MORE tab •••
Select MY DEVICES and + to add a device.
Select SHAPES as your product and START PAIRING.
The camera will open automatically.
Scan the HomeKit pairing code to pair.
Your Nanoleaf Shapes should now be connected and ready to go.
Select I Don’t Have a Code or Can’t Scan.
Enter your 8-digit pairing code (found on the Quick Start Guide, PSU or Controller).
