1. Capture the bright image and the fluorescence image
(Refer to page 20-21).

2. Press the

Merge button

to show the merged color image.

3. If necessary, press the

Save button

to save the merged

image. Type the file name in the blank.

4. Check the confirmation message ‘Capture complete’. Press
the

OK button

.

5. The saved data can be checked in

Data menu

(Refer to page 27).
