PURGA DE LA BOMBA INYECTORA
La purga debe ser efectuada:
−
antes de funcionar el motor por
la primera vez;
−
después de mucho tiempo parado;
−
si la bomba o las tuberías de presión
se soltaron o desmontaron;
−
si hubiera aire en las turberías o en
la cámara de aspiración de la bom-
ba.

Soltar la perilla de accionamiento
de la bomba manual.

Soltar el tornillo de entrada de com-
bustible a la bomba.

Accionar la bomba manual hasta
que el combustible salga por el tor-
rillo sin burbujas de aire.
Apretar el tornillo de entrada de com-
bustible a la bomba y continuar accio-
nando la misma hasta que la presión
de aceite venza la válvula de presión
(la perilla ofrecerá más resitencia).
Fijar la perilla.
BLEEDING OF DELIVERY PUMP
Bleeding must be performed:
−
before the engine operates for the first
time;
−
after a long period of inactivity;
−
if the pump or the pressure lines were
loosened or dismounted;
−
if there is air in the lines or the
pump.

Loosen manual pump operating
knob.

Loosen fuel inlet screw.

Pump manually until fuel comes
through the screw free of air
bubbles.
Tighten the fuel inlet screw and
continue pumping manually until the
pressure exceeds the pressure valve
(pumping will get harder).
Relock the knob.
