• Contrôlez que le niveau du diluant dans les récipients (fig.1, 27 et 28) ne déborde pas.
• Contrôlez que les tuyaux (fig.1, 7-W7-23-24-W23-26) ne sont ni pliés, ni usés, ni cassés et qu’ils sont bien introduits dans
leurs récipients.
• Contrôlez que le niveau de l’eau dans la cuve de collecte (fig.1, W2) ne dépasse pas la grille (fig.1, W6C).
• Après avoir vidé le diluant sale du récipient (fig.1, 27), nettoyez et rincez le fond du récipient.
• Après avoir vidé l’eau sale de la cuve de lavage (fig.1, W2), nettoyez et rincez la cuve.
• Remplacez le préfiltre (fig.1, W50) après chaque filtrage.
• Nettoyez et remplacez si nécessaire le filtre-sac (fig.1, W51).
• Contrôlez que le tuyau de vidange (fig.1, 26) est positionné vers le bas et que l’extrémité du tuyau n’est pas immergée
dans le diluant.
7.1 Anomalies possibles de la pompe à membrane
• Contrôlez que la pompe qui contient le diluant effectue des impulsions constantes de 90-100 par minute. Si nécessaire,
utilisez la vis de régulation MP 62 pour régler la vitesse.
• Si les impulsions sont irrégulières, lubrifiez avec de l’huile pour nébuliseurs à travers le raccord d’alimentation (fig.1, 12).
• Si les impulsions sont régulières (90-100 par minute) et s’il n’y a pas de perte de diluant par le pinceau (fig.1, 12),
contrôlez la propreté du filtre (fig.1, 29F). Une fois cette opération terminée, si le diluant ne sort toujours pas du pinceau,
avec un petit marteau, frappez sur les vis placées sous la pompe de refoulement MP (fig.1, 32) pendant qu’elle fonctionne.
• Si le nettoyeur ne doit pas être utilisé pendant une longue période, il est nécessaire de bien le rincer (liquide propre) et de
ne pas laisser de liquide à l’intérieur des pompes afin d’éviter que les billes des soupapes d’alimentation des deux pompes
ne sèchent et ne collent à leur emplacement.

8. MAINTENANCE AND PERIODICAL CHECKS.
The following ordinary maintenance procedures must be performed. Extraordinary maintenance (repair of
basic machine components) must be carried out by qualified personnel only, according to the instructions
contained in this manual.

Disconnect the compressed air supply before carrying out any repair or maintenance work.

Check periodically that safety devices are in good repair and work satisfactorily.

Never remove or tamper with any safety devices.

The pictograms (labels) applied to the
SPRAY-GUN WASHER
provide suitable indications for the
avoidance of accidents. These pictograms must be kept clean and replaced immediately if even partly
missing or damaged. The use of the
SPRAY-GUN WASHER
is absolutely prohibited if even one only of
the diagrams is missing from the point where it was placed by the manufacturer.

During repair and maintenance use only original spare parts.

Check that the machine is always connected with the earthing cable.

Remove any encrustation from the grille (pos.6C fig.1).

Check and clean periodically the air inlet filter, which is inside the fitting (pos.12 fig.1), if possible without
removing the fitting itself.

Check that the water level in the wash tank (pos.2 fig.1) is not over the grill placed above (pos.6C fig.1).

Check that the hose (pos.23 fig.1A) in the sink (W53 fig.1A) is not bent, worn or broken and is well
inserted.

Clean and rinse the wash tank, when removing the dirty water (pos.2 fig.1).

Replace the pre-filter bag (pos.W50 fig.1) after each filtration.

Clean or replace the filter bag W51.
8.1 PROBLEMS WITH THE MEMBRANE PUMP.

Ensure that the pump rotates steadily at 90÷100 strokes per minute, If not, adjust the screw MP 62 as
necessary.

If pump strokes are irregular, lubricate with nebulizer oil the inlet fitting (pos.12 fig.1).

If pump strokes are regular (90÷100 per minute) and the brush (pos.36Z fig.1), ensure that the filter
(pos.7F fig.1) is clean. If no solvent at all comes out of the brush after this operation, gently hit the screws
located under the MP pump (pos.32 fig.1) while the pump is working.

If you plan to leave the Spraygun Washer unused for a long period of time, you should rinse it with clean
liquid leaving part of it inside the pump in order to prevent the inlet valve ball of both pumps to dry and
stick where it is located.
8.2 CLEANING THE NEBULIZER.
