Do not tighten the stand screws if the reac-
tion springs are charged. Appropriately turn
the camshaft so that the stand springs of
which are to be tightened are uncharged and
that the cams are positioned on the base
radius.
Position the valve cap.
Manually position the screws, thus tighten at 8 Nm.
Place the adduction oil tube at the head greasing the O-
Rings.
Dismounting cylinder head pieces
In order to carry out this procedure the following tools
are necessary:
tool n° 800094796 to disassemble valves
tool n° 800095179 to remove semi cones
tool n° 800094798 to take out rubber holdings
Each piece relative to the same valve (cup,
spring, semi cone, etc.) must be reassembled
onto the same valve from which it came off.
Remove the cylinder head as indicated the paragraph
“cylinder assay removal”.
