Trouble

Cannot print with the “OfficeBridge
Online” printer.

The “OfficeBridge Online” printer
connection status is not “offline”,
but the print document becomes
“Error - Printing - Investigation
required” on the spool screen and
the document is not printed.

“Paper Mismatch” is displayed on
the fax machine’s display.

Cause

Online” that are you trying to con-
nect to correct?
