Filling with new engine oil

1.

Open cover (1) on filler neck.

2.

Pour oil in at filler neck up to 'max.' mark at
oil dipstick.

3.

Close cover (1) on filler neck.

4.

Check engine oil level (→ Page 177).

Note:

Observe the following instructions to avoid
engine damage: Adequate oil pressure for an
engine start is only provided when the quick-
start function is deactivated.

5.

Make sure the quick-start function is deacti-
vated before starting the engine.
