q)

Danger! Danger to health and the risk of explosion of

the internal combustion engine

r)  Poisonous carbon monoxide is present in the

engine exhaust. Remaining in a carbon monoxide

environment may lead to losing consciousness or

even death. Do not run the engine in a closed space.

s)

Protect the engine from heat, sparks and flame. Do

not smoke near the machine!

t)

Petrol  is  flammable  and  explosive.  Before  refuelling

the engine should be turned off and cooled down

u)

Warning! Risk of engine damage due to wrong fuel.

v)

Remember to use the right proportions when mixing

gasoline and engine oil.

w)

After refuelling, tighten the fuel filler cap securely and

move at least 3 meters away from the fuel filling area

before starting the engine.

x)

Start cutting only after the machine is turned on

y)  A worn or damaged blade must be replaced

immediately.

z)

Do not start the device when there are unauthorized

persons nearby.

aa)  When using the machine, do not hold other parts

except the handles.

bb)  If the blade comes into contact with a hard object,

such as a wire, stop the engine immediately and check

that the blade or other part has not been damaged.

cc)  Never touch the spark plug or its wires when the

engine is running as it may cause an electric shock.

dd)  When installing the cutting disc, pay attention to its

direction  of  rotation  and  that  it  is  correctly  fitted!

Check regularly if the disc is fitted correctly!

ee)  Cut only in a straight line! There is a risk of damage

to the cutting disc and uncontrolled movement of the

machine when the cutting direction is changed.

ff)

A  kickback  may  occur  during  operation.  The  most

common reason is when the top of the device is

applied to the workpiece.

gg)  The cutting disc may be drawn forward uncontrollably

during work. This occurs when the disc gets stuck in

the gap or when the device is pressed too hard.

hh)  Before each use, check that the disc guard is correctly

fitted.

ii)

The device is used for cutting hard materials such as

concrete, masonry, steel. When cutting soft material,

mind the increased risk of kickback.

jj)

Do not cover the ventilation openings!

2.

Cut at full throttle.

3.  Start cutting gently without pressing the blade

against the product to be cut.

4.

Move the blade slowly back and forth.

5.

For cutting, use the smallest possible part of the

cutting disc.

6.

Use only cutting edges for cutting.

CAUTION: Avoid cutting by the use of the side of the blade.

Also, do not pull the cutter to the side. It can damage or

break the blade and injure the operator.

3.3.2. SWITCHING THE DEVICE ON/OFF

13

Rev. 09.02.2021

1.

Put the device on the ground and make sure that the

blade can rotate freely after starting.

2.

Hold the rear handle with your right foot, and hold

the front handle with your left hand.

3.

Press the engine primer (F) several times.

Turn the switch (B) to the "I" position.

5.

Pull out the manual choke (A).

6.

Pull the starter handle (C) several times.

7.

Push down the manual choke (A).

8.

Pull the starter handle (C) a few times again.

9.

Press the trigger (D) and the trigger blackage (E)

simultaneously.

10.  Wait 2-3 minutes until the engine warms up before

starting to cut.

11.  The  engine  will  stop  when  switch  (B)  is  in  the  "O"

position.

3.3.3. OPERATION OF DEVICE’S PARTICULAR COMPONENTS

1) BLADES

BLADE TYPES:

a)

Abrasive  disc  –  performance  depends  on  the

gradation and hardness of the bond connecting the

abrasive grains

b)

Cutting blade – when choosing a cutting blade, bear

in mind that it should not have a lower rotational

speed than the cutter, never use the blade that has

fallen on the floor

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

APPLIANCE LOCATION

Only use the equipment in a well-ventilated place. Do not

operate the device in a closed room! Do not block out the

air inlets. The side which the silencer is facing should be

cleaned of flammable elements. Before starting the device,

make sure that there are no third parties nearby. The device

should  be  used  on  an  even,  stable,  clean,  dry  and  fire-

resistant surface which will ensure safe operation.

3.3. DEVICE USE

3.3.1. CUTTING TECHNIQUE

1.

Position the cutter as shown on the illustration.

3. USE GUIDELINES

The device is used for cutting hard materials such as

concrete, masonry, steel.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from

unintended use of the device.

ATTENTION!

Despite the safe design of the device

and its protective features, and despite the use of

additional elements protecting the operator, there

is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using

the device. Stay alert and use common sense when

using the device.

3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION

BLADE COOLING:

Remember that the blade intended for water cooling

should be cooled with continuous pouring until the end

of work. The lack of cooling may damage the device. For

a dry-cutting blade that does not require water cooling,

it is still recommended to cool it by lifting it every 30-60

seconds during cutting and letting it rotate in the air for 10

seconds. This way, it will not be damaged and stay sharp

longer.

BLADE REPLACEMENT/ASSEMBLY

CAUTION: When selecting a blade, check if is intended for

this device. Do not use blades designed for stationary saws.

1.

Loosen the blade’s mounting bolt.

2.

Remove the left flange.

3.

Carefully remove the blade.

4.

Clean the inside of the blade housing.

5.

Place the blade on the right flange.

CAUTION: Pay particular attention to the correct assembly

of the blade. The blade rotates in the direction shown on

the illustration.

6.

Put the left flange on.

7.

Tighten the bolt with the correct torque (18-20Nm) _.

CHECKING BLADE ASSEMBLY

1.

Check if the mounted blade has no scratches, curves

or cracks (over its entire surface).

CAUTION: For the blades to work properly, also check

if the drive shaft and flanges.

2.  Check if the threads on the drive shaft are not

damaged.

3.

Check if the contact surface of the cutting blade and

the flange is free from foreign bodies.

4.

Check  if  the  flanges  are  not  twisted,  dirty  or  have

damaged edges.

5.

Check if the mounted flanges are of the same size.
