Connecting Gas moisture bottle  

 

NOTE 

Fresh air and dry test gas must always be humidified to 

prevent the gas cooler from drying out. To humidify the 

test gas you can, for example, connect a gas moisture bot-

tle. If you are using an Acid Dosing Unit APE the humidifi-

cation is replaced by the Acid Dosing Unit APE.

Connect the hose to the fresh air inlet (1) of the analyser. 

 

Connect the hose to the zero-gas nozzle (5) of the gas cylinder. 

 

 

ATTENTION

 

A wrongly connected hose sucks water into the 
analyser. 

 

Connect the hose to the zero gas nozzle of the Gas 
moisture bottle. 

 

Do not connect the hose to the inlet nozzle of the ambi-

ent air.
