Option: Solid fuel measurement

The Solid fuel measurement allows the measurement of solids such as dry
wood, coal and pellets.
With this option, a special CO sensor for solids measurement is also installed.
During the measurement, the other CO sensor is purged.

The following symbol also appears in the display

Especially when burning wood or coal, larger amounts of moisture or dust
may be present in the exhaust gas.
In order to protect the analyzer from these substances, we strongly recom-
mend the use of the solid filter unit # 11153, in which the sample gas is
cleaned via Purafil, activated carbon as well as silica gel before it enters the
analyzer.

Perform Solid fuel measurement

Select Gas measurements.

Press OK.



The menu Selection meas. Program appears.

►

Select Solid fuel measurement.

►

Press OK.



The menu Fuel type selection appears.

►

Select the desired fuel.

►

If necessary, add fuels from the fuel type list to the menu Fuel type selec-
tion.



The measurement is started.

If necessary, press the menu key to configure the measurement window
according to your needs.


