The delay time input mode
1. Recommendations delay time : 10-20 seconds
2. Minimum programmable limit : more than 01 second
(The mode setup is available from CO1 to CO2)
If user press or key at the window, then user can go to
other setup mode or exit the program.
1.5.5 Extension number assign for incoming call from trunk.
When the phone call from external trunk, then the call rings to assigned phones as pre recorded sequence.
If there is no response within the specified time at the first phone. The call will be forwarded to the second
phone. If there is no response within the specified time at the second phone. The call will be forwarded to
the third phone. This process continues until the end of the call.( If the call is set to group, then that makes a
call pre-assigned telephones at the same time)
At the input FUNCTION window, Press the 0, 5 key,
then the windows is changed to trunk call group edit display.
To change the phone number of first call from ext. 20 to 23, Press 23
key at the window, then the display goes to next destination
party.
The window displays next phone number.
To change the phone number of first call from ext. 21 to 24, Press 24
key at the window, then the display goes to next destination
party.
Press 000 key to move Group 2 after the complete
programming.
※
You should enter "00"or "000" in order to confirm that this is last process after you complete to register
group. After you complete to register from Group2 to Group6 referring process above.
Press key to move next process, press key to exit process.
1.5.6 GROUP CALL
This function is process for registering phone numbers to make more
than 1 telephones ringing. Therefore you will be able to register phone
numbers assigned to each GROUP.
At screen for entering number in "FUNCTION" mode. Press 06 and
key at the window, then text for GROUP CALL will be displayed.
Press 23 and key to change from telephone number 20 to 23.
Press key to next process without any change.
