REMOVAL OF THE GEARBOX

REMOVAL OF THE CRANKSHAFT

• Remove the cylinder head.
• Remove the cylinder and the piston.
• Remove the primary drive.
• Remove the fl ywheel magneto rotor.

• Remove the gear shift shaft (1).

• Remove the screw that secures the star
locking lever (2).
• Remove the lever and its spring.
• Remove the star clamping screw (3).
• Remove the star and its 2 centering pins.
