Start-Up Procedures
Open
the main feed [100PSI] air supply to the air panel and adjust the main regulator to
40PSI
.

Verify
that the all the gates are in an open position. Look directly into one producer outlet and confirm that the gate
is open. If the gate is still closed, reverse the air lines going to the air gate unit located on the producer housing
(see picture #5). Test the operation of the gate by pushing the
AIR VALVE MANUAL OVERRIDE BUTTON.
Confirm
that the gate is open at rest and closes when the button is pushed. Check for leaks and repeat for each gate.

Turn ON
each function controlling the gates one at a time and verify that each gate closes when the valve is
energized.
Test
with a car and adjust the timing to open the gate with the front of the vehicle and close it with the back.
