FOR A THREE PHOTO-EYE configuration, pull the three
emitter/receiver cables and pull them through the
photo-eye tree. Connect to the appropriate photo-eye:
CONNECT “ENTR” CABLE TO ENTRANCE SIDE RECEIVER/EMITTER PHOTO-EYE
CONNECT “MIDL” CABLE TO MIDDLE RECEIVER/EMITTER PHOTO-EYE
CONNECT “EXIT” CABLE TO EXIT SIDE RECEIVER/EMITTER PHOTO-EYE
[with a two-photo eye tree the exit cable will
not
be used on both trees]

Your
50-90HP Side Profiler dryer has the same control box as the 30HP Top Profiler Dryer (see picture #11).
After
the control box is secured properly on the
PASSENGER’S SIDE LEG
, pull the grey
“EMITTER PHOTO-EYE
CABLE”
behind the control box and then up through the cross beam toward the driver’s side and down the leg.
Connect the
THREE CABLES
to the emitter photo-eyes.
Using
plastic ties, secure the cable in the cross beam as shown in Picture #30.
NOTE:
ANY EMITTER CABLE QUICK DISCONNECT MAY GO TO ANY
PHOTO-EYE ON THE EMITTER PHOTO-EYE TREE MOUNTED ON
DRIVER SIDE. HOWEVER, THE SHORTEST ONE SHOULD GO TO
THE MIDDLE AND THE LONGEST ONE TO THE ENTRANCE.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, CONNECT EXIT IF AVAILABLE. IF IT IS A TWO
PHOTO-EYE TREE, TUCK EXIT CABLE IN TREE. DO NOT CONNECT.
RECEIVER PHOTO-EYE CONNECTIONS MUST BE MADE TO SPECIFIED
PHOTO-EYE IN ORDER FOR CORRECT OPERATION!
