SETTING WHEEL TRACKING – SPORTS DRIVE-ENDS
Once the payload has been mounted to the system, it is advised to check the
Wheel Tracking. If the wheels are not straight to the chassis, then use the
tracking adjustment bar to straighten the wheel.
Loosen the locking nuts at each end of the tracking trim rod
Rotate the rod until the wheels align.
Do this to all four wheels, remember to re-tighten the locking nuts.
ATTACHING PAYLOAD: V-CON PRO
Place the payload on the rails and align the holes on the sides of the CORE
Screw in two 3/8
th
inch bolts on to either side of the core using the payload
mounting holes as shown. Make sure these are tight and do not come loose.
ATTACHING PAYLOAD: STACKING RISERS
Join the two sides of the Stacking Riser together with a pair of Crossbars
Now attach to the CORE with four 3/8
th
inch bolts and place either the V-
Con PRO, Mitchel Mount or another set of Risers to the top mounting points
with four 3/8
th
inch bolts.
ALWAYS ensure the Payload is properly and securely fixed to the
AGITO core, use a minimum of four fixture points.
Always try to keep the payload over the centre of the chassis, especially
when operating at high speeds. An ill-balanced load can affect handling
and performance.
ALWAYS ensure Wheels and Tracking rods are properly and securely
locked and fixed to the AGITO Drive-Ends.
ALWAYS ensure the Payload is properly and securely fixed to the
AGITO core, use a minimum of four fixture points.
