• J. MORITA TOKYO MFG. CORP. will stock replacement parts for the product for a period of 10 years after manufacture of the
product has been discontinued. We will supply these parts and be able to repair the product through this period.
• The useful life of the product is six years (based on self-certi

cation) from the date of installation provided it is regularly and
properly inspected and maintained.
