10. PROBLEMS - SOLUTIONS

Description
A01 Machine in Emergency
Check that the EMERGENCY stop button has not been
pressed and press the START button.
A02 Press fault drive
The press has not reached the position in the given
time. Check the movement. Reset the alarm if it does
not reset switch off and then back on the machine
waiting 2 min. If the problem persists, contact technical
support.
A03 Cart fault drive
Verify that along the tracks of the cart there are no
obstructions or that you have cut a very thick book at
high speed.
Reset the alarm and run preset.
A04 Milling cutter motor thermal trip
Check and, if necessary, replace the fuse FU13.01
A05 Safety barrier activation The safety barrier is used with the machine in motion.
A06 Open inspection door
Rear panel for loading/inspection open. Close it and
press START.
A09 Cart Encoder Error
Cart Encoder Error. Check that there is nothing blocking
the movement, reset the alarm and press START.
A10 Vice encoder error.
Vice encoder error. Check that there is nothing blocking
the movement, reset the alarm and press START.
A11 Glue head encoder error
Glue Head encoder error. Check that there is nothing
blocking the movement, reset the alarm and press
START.
A12 Press movement error
Press height adjustment encoder error. Check that
there is nothing blocking the movement, reset the
alarm and press START.
A13 Front cover encoder error
Front cover guide encoder error on press. Check that
there is nothing blocking the movement, reset the
alarm and press START.
A14 Table homing error
Book thickness detection encoder error. Check that
during preset there is nothing under the probe. Reset
the alarm and press START. (OPTIONAL)

High Temperature PUR Glue
Melter The temperature read is 5° C higher than the set one.
Wait for the system to cool.

Low Temperature PUR Glue
Melter The temperature read is 2° C higher than the set one.
Wait for the system to heat.
A19 High Temperature Glue Head
The temperature read is 5° C higher than the set one.
Wait for the system to cool.
A20 Low Temperature Glue Head
The temperature read is 2° C higher than the set one.
Wait for the system to heat.
A21 Please wait.. Warming Up
Warming Up. This alarm occurs when the system
is heating or during the heating timer when the
temperature detected and the temperature set differs
due to a delta over 40 ° C.
