The temperatures are set based on the type of glue used, refer to the temperatures recommended
by the glue manufacturer.
The temperature of the pre-mixer should be kept from 5° to 15° less than that of extrusion.
During the heating phase, the indicators appear in red and the machine highlights the “Low
Temperature PUR Glue Melter” or “Low Temperature Glue Head” message.
When the temperatures detected correspond to the temperatures set, the temperature indicators
turn green.
Once the temperature set is reached, the coating head will start to move and the homogenisation
timer will start. If the delta between the temperature set and that detected has a difference of over
40°C, during this time the following message appears “Wait ... Warming Up” until the time is finished
(15min.) it will not be possible to load the glue or work. When the number indicated (3f) reaches 900,
processing can start.
Standby (3e) decreases temperatures by 30°.
Thirty minutes after the last book produced, the machine automatically goes into standby.
The glue extrusion head closes.
