5.5 OPERATOR PANEL
The operator panel contains the configuration of the machine parameters and allows editing and the
choice of processing mode.
5.5.1 MAIN PAGE
All the values written in blue can be changed, those in green are the actual positions of the axis
1.
Button icon to display the main page (not
visible on the main page);
2.
Button icon to access the vice set-up page;
3.
Button icon to access the glue unit set-up
page;
4. Button icon to access the press set-up
page;
5. Cleaning procedure with CLEANER or
GLUE load;
6.
Icon button to access the advanced set-up
page;
7.
Icon button to set the speed;
8.
Button icon to access the alarms page. Red
light in the event of alarms or warnings;
9.
Button icon to access processing recipes;
10. Value to set pressing time;
10B. Button that enables the machine to maintain
the vice closed and in position during
the pressing time for a time equal to the
pressing time (10) - 4 sec;
11. Icon, button to access the book counter
page;
12. Displays the name of the recipe being
processed;
13. Button icon to set the book parameters and
type of processing;
14. Button icon to execute detection of the book
thickness using the measurement table;
15. Button icon, pressing it executes detection
of the glue level: the indicator flashes when
you can load the glue, if it turns flashing red,
you need to load the glue. Normally, when it
is red the machine shows an alarm for glue
finished;
16. Units status bar: highlighted in red off; in
yellow the advanced set-up value has been
changed;
17. They indicate the current pre-melting and
head temperatures;
