5.5.5.3 COATING HEAD ADVANCED SET-UP
A. Button icon to close the coating head;
B. Button icon to open the coating head;
C. Current value of head opening;
D. Indicates the glue pressure when button F is pressed. The value in green is that of the pressure
inside the pre-melter, in blue the value that the tank will reach keeping button F pressed. The
value can be set to a max 2 Bar and the buttons more or less increase this value by 0.1Bar;
E. Button icon to start the pins cleaning cycle;
F. Button icon: if pressed and released quickly, it opens and closes the coating head valve; if kept
pressed, it allows glue to flow;
G. Button to reset the pins maintenance alarm;
H.
It allows selection of the automatic or manual mode of the glue pressure;
I. Glue discharge button icon;
J. Button icon to allow cleaner onto the coating head;
K. Displays the execution time of the last pins cycle;
L. Coating head opening offset value with reference to the value set.
