To add a License file from your computer, click the Select File button. A pop up 
will appear with File Explorer. Navigate to where the License File is located on 
your computer, select it, then click Open in the bottom right.

Once the file has finished uploading, click the Import button in the center 
menu towards the bottom right. A pop up will appear. Click Ok to continue.
