Docking Station(s) - Normal Operation

Operation of the Docking Station is fully automatic except for insertion and removal of Stacker Cassettes.
The Red and Green lights on the Station Control Panels prompt the station operators to insert (green) and
remove (red) the cassettes, as the system software requires.
1. When the Green Indicator lights, place the Cassette on the guide rails as shown in Figure B-3.
Slide it into the upload position shown. For proper upload to start, the cassette must:
- Fit firmly between the guide rails.
- Fit firmly between the guides.
- Rest firmly against the station seat so the memory disk inside the cassette contacts the
memory probe of the docking station.
2. When the Cassette is in the docking station, the Host computer automatically uploads the game
information from cassette storage into the host computer data files.
3. The Red Indicator lights when the data transfer is complete. The Game ID is shown on the Station
panel display.
4. Read and record the displayed Game ID. Then remove the Cassette from the station, count the
money and/or perform any other locally required procedures.
