INSTALLATION
1. Slide fi rebox into prepared framing or position
fi rebox in its fi nal position and frame later.
2. Bend out two (2) nailing fl anges to 90°,
3. Level and plumb fi rebox by checking edges of
fi rebox. Shim if necessary.
4. Attach nailing fl anges to studs.
See Figure 14.
5. Remove two baseplates from bottom of fi rebox.
See Figure 15

6. Anchor fi rebox to fl oor with four

screws through holes located on the bottom of
the fi rebox.

7. Install canopy. Refer to page 15 for canopy
installation.
